St. James is a vibrant, loving, and open church where people gather to worship Jesus Christ in the Anglican Tradition. If you’ve been praying, thinking, searching and hoping for a place to belong, our doors are open!
We pride ourselves by responding to human need in our community, in our diocese and throughout the world. St James’ Breakfast Table provides a meal every week on Wednesdays at 8:30 am. We provide support to community groups such as Lanark County Food Bank, the Hungry Lunch Program, Interval House, Centre 454, Cornerstone Women’s Shelter and more.
At St. James, we offer two services on Sunday – a simple service at 8:00 a.m. and a Choral Eucharist 10:00 a.m. Our St. James Cafe is very popular following the Sunday 10:00 a.m. service where we gather for a social time over coffee and goodies.
