The Pastoral Care Team assisting the Rector gives pastoral, emotional and spiritual support to those in need.
They provide the Eucharist at Carleton Place Terrace and The Waterside visiting shut-ins and those sick in hospital.
Those who need a ride to church are picked up and taken back home on Sundays.
The team also takes a service of Morning Prayer each month at Stoneridge Manor and assist the Rector with Eucharist there.
Home communion by a trained Pastoral Care members is provided for those who desire it.
