St James Parish Hall provides a quiet and private setting for your next event. Our air-conditioned main hall can accommodate up to 227 people with theater style or class room style seating, along with two additional break out rooms. Use of our private courtyard is also permitted. We are handicap accessible with our entrance door on ground level.

Daily Rental Rates
• Our rates have changed as of February 2023…please contact the office for more information.
• We also require proof of $2M liability insurance and $500 refundable damage deposit. (Liability insurance can be provided through our insurance provider for a good rate)
Room and Floor Plan
Room setup is to be done by person renting the facility, or may be included for an additional fee. A floor plan can be provided.
The Parish hall’s capacity is as following:
- Theatre Style (227 occupants)
- Sit down meal (max. 150)
- Buffet style meal (75-100)
- Classroom style-rectangular tables (66 persons)
- Round table style (144-192 persons)
